During our week together, our mornings will start with meditation and revitalizing vinyasa flow. In the evenings, we’ll relax in traditional restorative, authentic yin, and yoga nidra meditation.

The retreat fee includes:

• Yoga practice twice a day.

• A shared room. Double occupancy is standard. Ask about rates for single and triple/quad occupancy.

• Private chef and staff. Two meals per day.

• Ground transport on March 2nd and 9th to and from San Jose (SJO). Short flights are available at an additional cost.

• The retreat fee does not cover, airfare, travel insurance (highly recommended), gratuities for staff, or optional activities such as snorkeling, board rental, or sailing.

Plan to arrive in San Jose for the private shuttle on the afternoon of Saturday, March 2nd (5pm check-in), and depart early on Saturday, March 9th (11am check-out).
